Medium inspire me.

This is how this platform helped me to improve my mental health.

Welcome to my first blog.

It all started when I joined this platform (year 2023). I was preparing for my entrance exam (NEET) at that time, i had already been a dropper for that entrance exam for 2 years after completing my higher secondary education, and from 2023–2024 was my 3rd (last) drop.

During those two drops I thought everything was going well, and giving up is not an option, but times changed, things changed and now the reality seemed different. And by the 3rd drop, my mental health had become so bad that I felt like I had forgotten to take care of my mental health by staying so busy. I really needed a break at that time.

Now, since I like reading from the beginning, at that time reading blogs seemed like a good option for me to improve my mental health a bit. Because to make any trip was not my cup of tea during that period.

So one day I searched for reading blogs on the internet and then I got introduced to the platform “Medium”, where I found some interesting reading blogs with easy to understand language which actually proved helpful to me.

And then i created my account on this platform and started reading blogs before bed, for e.g. “How to stay focused?, “Getting productive during lazy routine/day” etc. It also helped me to improve my reading skills. And by the help of this platform i continued my rest dropped year journey successfully (2023–2024).

So it’s all about my first blog.
